All new 2021 Audi A4 facelift has been launched in India and it marks the start of Audi’s new product offensive strategy that roughly means that Audi will launch a new or updated car in India every other month.

The Audi A4 has been launched in India and shares a very similar price point with the BMW’s 3 Series. The A4’s starting price is Rs 42.34 lacs (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs. 46.67 lacs (ex-showroom). Audi, for now, will offer only petrol variant of the A4 and will offer only one engine i.e. a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine that pumps out 190 horses.
How Many Models Of 2021 A4 Are Introduced In India?
There are only two models of A4 introduced this year, Premium Plus and Technology model. The Technology model offers some very interesting and better features than the Premium Plus model which includes a larger infotainment touchscreen, Audi’s ‘Virtual Cockpit’ digital instrument cluster, LED-headlamps, multi-zone climate control, and ambient lighting, and more.
What’s Really New In The New A4?
There are some major exterior changes in the Audi A4 such as the redesigned headlamps and taillamps, new single-frame grille, new front and back bumpers and is now wider.
And, there are some minor interior updates as well as the 10.1-inch display but it didn’t get the second screen for climate control like the newer cars by Audi.
How Much Power does the A4 Inherit?
The all-new 2021 Audi A4 line-up offers only one engine i.e. a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that inherits 190 horsepower which is delivered by a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
This engine is a new leap for Audi as the 2019 model inherited a 1.4-litre engine that offered only 150 horsepower but it’s still nowhere near the 2021 BMW’s 3 Series’s engine.
