The Second-Generation Ghost is based on the same aluminum spaceframe architecture as the Phantom and the Cullinan. The length, width, and height of the Ghost have been increased by 89mm,30mm, and 21mm respectively.

The New Ghost offers a 6.75-liter twin-turbo V12 engine that produces 571 horsepower and 870Nm of torque and all of that power is sent to all the wheels that help it to reach from 0-100 km/h in just 4.8 seconds. The speed of the Ghost is limited to 250 km/h and the latest feature to be introduced by Rolls-Royce is the rear-wheel-steering.

Rolls-Royce has also introduced many new features such as the ‘Planar’ suspension system, the world’s first ‘upper wishbone tamper’ in the front suspension that basically means auto-leveling air-suspension. A new system named the ‘Flagbearer’ system has also been introduced that uses a stereo camera that is mounted on the windscreen that scans the road surface to help the auto-leveling air-suspension to adjust itself. The GPS uses a satellite system to help the driver to pre-select the right gear.

How Is The Interior Of The New Rolls-Royce Ghost?

The interior’s minimalist look is familiar to the last year’s model of the new Ghost as Rolls-Royce has preserved that look and comfort. The infotainment of the car is also similar to all the Rolls-Royce cars. The New Ghost provides all the connectivity features and has a screen as well but they choose to keep it all simple and traditional as the way a Rolls-Royce is meant to be.
