The long wheel-base (LWB) Mercedes-Benz E-Class 2021 facelift has been launched in India at Rs.63.6 lacs.

  • E200 Expression Petrol
  • E220d Expression Diesel
  • E200 Exclusive Petrol
  • E220d Exclusive Diesel
  • E350d AMG Line Diesel

What Are The Changes In The New E-Class Facelift?

The major changes are the new headlights and the front bumper, the front grille is very appealing in the AMG model as the design makes it looks diamond-studded. The newly updated interior looks beautiful and there are two 12.3-inch touchscreen displays in the top-spec AMG variant. There are new 18-inch alloy wheels in the new E-Class facelift.

The rear horizontal taillights resemble the S-Class’s design.

What Are The Features Available In The New E-Class?

Many common and uncommon features are available in the new E-Class such as Mercedes’ latest MBUX, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, Mercedes’ Meconnect with Alexa and Google Home, voice commands, reclining rear seats, a 590W Burmester sound system, three-zone automatic climate control,  a panoramic sunroof, full leather upholstery,  two wireless phone chargers, air suspension, soft-close doors and LED headlamps and tail-lamps.

What Are The Engine And Transmission Alternatives In The New E-Class?

All the engines are paired to a nine-speed torque-converter automatic transmission in the new E-Class. The engine alternatives remain the same as last year which includes  197hp, four-cylinder, 2.0-litre, turbo-petrol in the E 200; a 194hp, 2.0-litre four-cylinder diesel in the E 200d; and a 3.0-litre, straight-six diesel in the top-spec E 350d AMG that’s been tuned up to deliver 286hp.
