After waiting for a whole year the Volkswagen is all set to lauch the new Tiguan Facelift in India. The lauch date isn’t made public yet but we expect it to lauch in the next 2-3 months.
Volkswagen Tiguan Facelift Unveiled
- Major Changes have been made to the new Tiguan Facelift.

What are the exterior changes in the new Tiguan Facelift?
There are many similarities in the bold exterior of the new Tiguan as compared to the old Tiguan. The noticeable changes are the LED Matrix headlights, the bold front grille, the triangular-shaped fog lamps, and there are new air intakes that distinct the new Tiguan from the new Tiguan Allspace. The taillights are different as well from the old Tiguan but they are completely identical to the Tiguan Allspace, from the sides the Tiguan and Tiguan Allspace are very different due to the 18-inch alloys and bigger size.
What are the interior changes in the all-new Tiguan?
The feature list of the new Volkswagen Tiguan comprises an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, connected car tech, powered panoramic sunroof, leather seats, ambient lighting, three-zone climate control, an eight-way powered driver’s seat, six airbags, ABS, ESP, hill start and descent assist, a tyre pressure monitor, ISOFIX anchors and a Driver Alert System.

Volkswagen Tiguan Facelift: Powertrain
The new Tiguan will be powered by a 2.0 TSI four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine which will pump out 1984cc, 190hp and 320Nm of torque and the power will be sent to all the wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
Note: all-wheel drive will be standard in both cars.
